I don’t have a severe acne problem. Every few weeks I will get 3 or 4 on pimple on my face. there are always some red spots and little acne. I also have blackheads constantly… So what foods, herbs, and anything can reduce acne. Thanks.

Unfortunately foods and herbs will not help reduce your acne. You need to talk to your doctor about prescription medication. You probably need antibiotics and other medications. Here is some information about acne.
