Treatment and Tips to Cure Diabetes

Diabetic patients should also take extra care to keep their body neat and clean, and they should avoid tension. Diabetic patients are prone to skin diseases and so they should not use soap during bath. Soap is the cause for almost all the skin diseases like rashes, wrinkles, dermatitis, black spots, burning sensation and a lot of other skin problems. This is caused due to the presence of sodium hydroxide. The so-called Ayurvedic active ingredients mixed in the Ayurvedic soap will automatically become inactive due to the presence of sodium hydroxide.

Because of this, Ayurvedic soaps also will not be of any use. Further the antiseptic in its recommended concentration should have contact with the skin at least for three minutes to have the desired antibacterial activity. But as we wash down the soap as soon as it is applied on the body, the antiseptic present in the soap will not have any effect and therefore it is better not to use any antiseptic soap as well. Instead of soap, green gram, horse gram, turmeric, soap nut, etc. may be powdered and used.

Perhaps not yet, but there is remarkable evidence coming from numerous university studies that we may be close. Right now, twenty universities and research institutes around the world are studying different ways to measure the impact of natural ayurvedic herbs upon diabetes, skin cancer, asthma, heart disease, arthritis, and numerous other devastating illnesses. Most of which are caused by oxidative stress.

They are discovering that they can act as a powerful anti-oxidants that can attack as many free radicals (which cause aging and disease) as 200 glasses of red wine! Oxidative stress damages the body’s cells and in 2004 the American heart Association and science are now showing the body simply can’t ingest enough antioxidants to counter disease, diabetes, and aging.

Depression is a very real and treatable illness. Depressive disorder is not the same as a passing blue mood. Depression is very common and affects as many as one in eight people in their teen years. Depressed mood is generally situational and reactive, and associated with grief, loss, or a major social transition. Sadness is a part of being human, a natural reaction to painful circumstances. All of us will experience sadness at some point in our lives. Depression, however, is a physical illness with many more symptoms than an unhappy mood.

Depression affects people of every color, race, economic status, or age; however, it does seem to affect more females than males during adolescence and adulthood. It is usually starts between the ages of 15 and 30. It is much more common in women.

Women can also get postpartum depression after the birth of a baby. Some people get seasonal affective disorder in the winter. Depression is one part of bipolar disorder. Depressive disorders come in different forms, just as is the case with other illnesses such as heart disease. This pamphlet briefly describes three of the most common types of depressive disorders. However, within these types there are variations in the number of symptoms, their severity, and persistence.
