Using an ergonomic chair at your computer when you are working will also alleviate lower back pain.

Burdock, slippery elm, devils claw and white willow bark are some of the herbs that are recommended to relieve back pain. These herbs have properties that are recommended for pain management, to relieve inflammation and to relieve pain.
