Herbs are often part of a natural infertility treatment. The usage of herbs to cure infertility or boost fertility has been recognized since centuries ago. Nettle Leaves (Urtica sioica)

Chasteberry (Vitex agnus-castus)

The prominent usage of this Mediterranean herb is to normalizing female hormones activity addressed to dysmenorrheal, premenstrual distress and hormonal imbalance. It is also a useful herb for women entering their menopausal stage. In fact chasteberry is indicated for many gynecological problems, which include infertility in women.

Wild Yam (Dioscorea villosa)

This is another Chinese herb that has its effect on the female liver and endocrine system. It is especially used for menstrual distress, menopause and to cure infertility. It is known to increase the production of progesterone which has an effect on the ovulation process. Wild yam in combination with chasteberry is a good remedy for morning sickness.
